It has helped to stop alot of the leakage
It works to stop the leakage to a point but you can still have some leakage with certain movements, so not totally safe and because of it's shape being quite wide it can be uncomfortable
when seated when and when driving it digging into your legs and I don't think it is advisable to wear it in bed while sleeping as it can cause pain if you lie on it
