Heavy a Duty means thick and hard plastic for most of it. It does the job and securely holds the phone.
Heavy a Duty implies all metal for a camera mount. It is sturdy and the mounts and connections are all threaded with no springs to wear out. Not sure it survives a drop especially if it’s cold where you use it.
I use it with a Manfrotto tripod quick release plate. My iPhone 11pro delivers good enough quality to replace Phorobooth camera for podcast workflow and adds faster workflow to value added video at photography gigs.
