  He sent me an offer, I accepted, I paid, the seller sent the package and in order to pick it up I had to pay the amount of 27.11 because he did not put the corresponding stamps on it, bad seller.

  Thank you for your feedback. I'm not a bad seller and as you can see from all past history, I'm 100% feedback. Regarding your issue, I'm not sure why this happened as when you purchased this from me, I paid for and generated the USPS shipping label. No idea why USPS made you pay for it again. I will work with you (and eBay) to get this corrected. I'm a buyer and seller so I understand. I would appreciate if you could reverse your rating and give me time to fix this and make it right.
