4 year old grandson loves this
Bought for my 4 year old grandson who loves anything dinosaur related. He happily watches the dvd's over and over again.

Does the job extremely well
Instruction book not brilliant but we worked it out. A few more diagrams would have made it must easier.
You need a good back and strength to use this machine.
Another length in the silver tube would have been brilliant as it's definitely too short for us to use comfortably !
The results were brilliant though on our white carpet , which looks almost brand new now.
We will be trying get order a new head as it seems fairly flimsy and don't want it to break and then find we can't get a replacement.
Remember to check the head regularly if you have pets as our head clogged up on the brushes with dog hair it worked much better once the hair had been removed.
Apart from the few little issues we would definitely recommend this machine
