Garbage
To start with, the hole to fill this thing is very small and difficult to fill. As for the attachments, the two that screw in don't secure once completely attached. They basically unscrew themselves in use. I bought this to replace what I thought was a cheap douche that I bought for around $12.00, but this was a disappointment overall.
