Quick energy pickup.
I have been taking this for years now, and it consistently gives me both mental and physical energy when I am tired. It clears up brain fog.

Quick energy booster.
Whenever I am feeling very tired and having a hard time concentrating, I take nearly a teaspoon of this with cold water, and within about 15 minutes my energy has increased and I can think much clearly.

Energy boost for mind and body.
Whenever I experience my afternoon slump in my mind and body, I take a serving of this with cold water, and within about 5 or 10 minutes, I begin to feel energized to think and do what I need to accomplish. This occurs about 90% of the times I take this.
