  The shipping, packaging, description, and value were all 5 stars. I emailed the seller with a question about the carb and he went into great detail about the carb and his process on rebuilding. He is super knowledgeable and meticulous about his carbs. This guy actually runs and sets up the carb to make sure you get a quality functional carb.
