Ringer volume is a big deal :(
The phone is OK, however, there is no way to silence the handset. The base can be silenced, however, when you have the handset attached to the base, the ringer still rings. To fix this issue I had to remove the battery from the handset and not use it. I hate it when the phone rings at 2 am.
