Great product, great packaging, great price, goes fantastically with caffeine.
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich Great price, solid trustworthy shrinkwrapped packaging, and good pill quality. The capsules are large but smooth and surprisingly easy to swallow with water.
I got it to try with caffeine at a 2:1 ratio, one of these pills with half of a 200mg caffeine pill, so 200mg of L-Theanine with 100mg of caffeine.
With caffeine alone I would feel very energetic but also irritable, anxious, and prone to panic attacks, depression, and anger.
The L-Theanine counters all of those at a level I still can't believe.
I would often scowl when on caffeine, whereas now I smile, with the same energy level.
I can focus better and I don't experience any of the frustration I would previously get from all the negative side effects.
It's truly incredible. I see why it's so recommended.
You can play with dosage ratios if you like. These particular capsules, like most capsules, cannot be cut in half, but you can try them with different caffeine amounts. If you want more fine tuning or smaller pills I'd recommend tablets instead of these capsules, but these work perfectly for me.
