  Thank you for your feedback. I will learn from my contributions to it. I will say that we do see the situation, context, and facts differently in this case. The feedback doesn't account for the amount and speed of communication, the complexity dealing with larger shipments US/overseas, and the rapid nature of the full refund (...and that a refund is allowed by eBay for things like this).
