Direct replacement- no issues
Genuine Whirlpool part- installed it myself and it stopped the squealing from our dryer. I think probably just the pulley (wheel bearing) itself could have been replaced, and maybe saved a few bucks. But, the entire bracket is pretty cheap, and this way I could be sure to have the right part. I was not sure where to get only the bearing, or what the part # for that was, or even if it's possible to replace only the bearing, or if it's a captive construction. I meant to inspect on the bracket I replaced, but I forgot.

Direct replacement- no issues
Worked perfectly so far as a direct replacement for the rear hub for my Civic. The old bearing was clearly bad and making a train sound. I can hear again now! So far so good, and I expect with Timken quality I won't have issues for many years/miles, if ever.

Genuine Honda OEM parts at a good price!
