Solid and work well.
Used them for the first time today and they work well and seem solidly built, so I'm happy. They are easy to clamp and release and light enough to carry in your gym bag. I bought them because the gym I go to provides those useless metal spring clamps that never seem to work well, so now I take my own.

Fiesta Blower Resistor
Looked exactly like the one I replaced, which I assume was original. I fitted exactly and worked OK.

Timex Men's Ironman Classic 30 Lap Digital Running Watch T5E9019J
This is a good watch if you need basic stopwatch and timing functions. This is my second one because my dog chewed up the first one! They are reliable, tough, but not dog proof :(, and are good value for money. I find that some of the operations are not very intuitive so if you use some of the functions infrequently you may need to refer to instructions.
