Disappointed...
4 von 4 finden das hilfreich We had this Keurig for 13 days and it would not auto shut off after 2 hours but would shut itself off in the middle of brewing a cup of coffee. The coffeemaker and water carafe is made of lightweight plastic and doesn't seem very sturdy. The only directions that came with this coffeemaker were the quick start and it was packaged in a cardboard Keurig shipping box making me suspect it was a refurb. I've had other Keurig's in the past that were more sturdy. I returned this product due to it being defective. We went back to the Cuisinart SS10 which has a 3 year warranty and is constructed much sturdier than this Keurig model. We liked that it is much quieter than the Cuisinart and has more cup sizes and an ice mode. The coffee it brewed was fine.
