Decent Replacement Battery
I was concerned about buying a OEM battery due to some of the reviews i had read on Ebay and other sites. The battery arrived quickly and had enough charge to use it right away. I did cycle the battery a couple of times (charge/discharge). It seems to last as long as the old battery did when new and i am glad that i made the purchase.

Great Little Flashlight
I have had the flashlight a few days and have been able to use it several times. The light is very light weight and about 5.7 inches long. So it is an easy carry flashlight and not to bad to fit in your pocket. The light is bright on High and still bright on low. The flashlight has a great beam that does not adjust, like some lights, but is a combination of flood and spotlight. The beam seems to go on at least a couple of football fields. I am not able to comment on the durability, but assume that there will be no issues. The flashlight is solid aluminum and seems built well. I would definitely recommend the light and would buy another.

EveryDrop Filters
We use these EveryDrop filters in our Whirlpool refrigerator. They are easy to replace, available for a decent price on Ebay and seem to do a good job filtering the water.
