Fits fine. Was missing the mounting grommets.
OEM replacement. Used, of course. Was in good shape. It was missing the mounting grommets, though. Also, one of the screw holes that holds the air box closed was stripped and would not hold the screw, so I had to replace the supplied screw with a different one. Other than that, it's fine. It was shipped nicely but took over a week to get to me. Overall: Satisfied.
