DeeZee, these are NOT! Extremely thin, mounting brackets are wimpy, fit was very poor, a real battle just to get them to look acceptable. Comes in a flat box, everything must be assembled. Nothing is welded like DeeZee.
So, if, like me, DeeZee no longer makes your boards ('97 Silverado), and you can't find any used, AND you insist on the diamond plate boards, only then should you get these. I recommend getting a different style board.

For the money, very nice
Though relatively inexpensive compared to my other reels, I'm quite happy and pleasantly surprised by the quality of this one. For the price, definitely would recommend
