Entertaining book that hits the highlights, unusual, and sometimes just plain weird fascinating story of cemeteries in Texas. Don't buy expecting a comprehensive review of ALL cemeteries in Texas, not what it is.

Beautiful illustations
Nicely illustrated introduction to the variety of individuals buried in the Texas State Cemetery and how they, their families, or the state decided to commemorate their lives.

Mystery, horses, and girl power - can't get much better
Buying this series for my nieces since I love it their age - admit to a little re-reading when they come in.
