From the inside out
Sometimes taking straight up with water or other liquid. I’m sure it will take longer than the two weeks to see results. Though this product used in conjunction with topical products on par with other good lifestyle practices should hopefully make a difference.

For the cost entailed it eliminates any doubt as a tune up. Make sure to order the splined tool to adjust it after. I guess there are a few sizes available. Got mine fore a couple bucks.
