Secures ankle very well
I don't have to worry about twisting my ankle with this brace. The side "bars" or stabilizers are light but holds my ankle upright securely. They are also easy to put on. This is my 2nd one. I wore my first one until it was nearly falling apart.
The negative to this is that the side stabilizers go down to the arch of my foot. It takes several wearings for me to break it in and for me to feel OK that there is something pressing against my arch.

Great support
Worn by professional tennis players as a preventative measure against injury.
No injury for me! Been using this brace for years. I just keep replacing it with new ones.

Excellent Support
The netting fabric rips up very easily. There were a few tears her and there after a dozen tennis clinics.
I still like it as it truly prevents me from twisting my ankles. It is not a compression brace which tends to weaken the ankles. My ankles still get the work out they need to stay strong while I play.. I use it to prevent possibly injury of twisting my ankles.
