There are multiple negative reviews for this seller for the same situation. eBay should do something about sellers who do things like this. Do not buy from this seller!

Absurd. I'm Sure ebay won't let this seller get away with it, never the less this feels like I'm on an episode of "Punked". Worst Transaction in more than 27 years on ebay. Beware of this Seller!
