Vostok Komandirskie, it is red
If you are buying a Vostok then you have a good idea of what you are getting yourself into. The case and design are pretty good for the money. The case fits well on the wrist, the lug to lug is comfortable and the curvature of the case is nice. I was drawn to this one because of the red dial and it does not disappoint. The bezel is loose and rotates both ways but you are most likely not taking this watch diving so not an issue. The bracelet is horrible, I tossed as soon as I open the box. I put it on a black and red Nato strap and it looks great. The only thing that took me by surprise was the crown and crown stem. They feel a bit wobble and fragile. I was able to set the time ok, but it feels like it could snap very easily. Overall though, for a $80 beater watch you could do a lot worse.
