Wont play on laptop with DVD player
I bought this DVD after watching the Aging backwards program on PBS. I was not able to play this DVD on any of my laptop computers with a DVD player only on a stand alone player. The picture looked washed out with very little contrast. My visually impaired husband could not see the arm movements at all although he could see the leg movements just fine. I love the exercise routine and will continue to use the DVD but feel it was expensive for the quality of the product and the limited playing options. I am disappointed that I can not play it on the laptop in my exercise room.

Disappointed
This drive never once got past a steady amber light, step one in the startup process and was pronounced DOA by Seagate tech support who also informed me that it is a vintage item and no longer under manufacturer's warranty which ended in 2017. Worse still, the problem is the hard drive itself and Seagate has pulled the software necessary to prep a replacement drive for use in a Seagate Central chassis. I look forward to using it as a boat anchor this summer.
