I'm not sure how to grade this cinnamon ...
I'm not sure how to grade this cinnamon flavoring. I've been looking for the spiciest or spicy hottest cinnamon flavoring for I can find with good flavor as well. This spice has a good flavor but I'm not sure about the spiciness compared to other cinnamon spices. It's warmer than others I've tried but not much warmer than others. I'll keep trying and if this is the spicy hottest I'll come back to update my comment.

I'd rate it higher if I only knew if I couldn't get a spicier ginger to make ginger beer. I do have a meal grinder and will compare fresh ground ginger root to it though. I have a batch of ginger beer started and will need to wait perhaps a week, depending on how it fermented, to see how it works out.
