No Melody
There should have been a sample recording available before purchase so the buyer would understand what is being purchased.
The recordings are of a rhythm section without the melody (drums, piano, and bass). That is great if you want to solo, but not great for rhythm section practice. The tracks are in stereo but do not make use of this to allow muting of bass or piano using left/right balance.
It would have been much better if there were multiple recordings of each piece with one of the instruments muted (including melody)
As far as the quality goes, the sound is great, and it was recorded with live skillful musicians.
