Pretty bad

For around 60 bucks what can you expect. But... 3 of 4 are not a match, 2 dont fit at all, cheap small 8mm studs unlike stock 10mm. And if buying from cf_auto, they will say they are compatible only for US made gen1 Rav4's, which I am pretty sure is not even a thing. I work in metal fab/machining/fit up, so I feel I can offer a decent gauge for what these should be. After inspection, I feel I am better off with my stock mounts with 220K miles on them. (Eek) Save your money, better off filling your mounts with poly unless fully ripped. These are junk like you are worried they are for this price.
