Great For Beginners Electronic Experience...
I have fun and learning with lab kit. However, I pre-owned the 30 in One was very basic and ideal for youngsters (elementary level). 60 in One was great starts and it has instructions book tell you what about the circuit to built which details or something what you try to test or changes with value from components. Even has take a notes. Some features has noise maker which has buzzers, tones, and good ol' grandfather's clock sound effects (tick-tock). It also AM broadcasts (only) which is talking through earphone (very minimum FFC restrictions note) because of very low power and it can pick up a portable radio in shortest distance. It takes 4 "AA" batteries, I recommend a premium quality alkaline battery for best result. You could use Ni-MH rechargeable battery but be sure fully charged.
Please note that kit are older but I recommend the second versions (like this one). However, some capacitors may be slightly out of tolerate and need to replace. Some do leaking due life span during storage. Keep in dry and cool place. Be sure remove the battery when you planning not using for long period of time.

Great for Algebra/Trigonometry Mathematics Class...
I used in my elementary and high school years. Served me very well with scientific calculator over the years. Very slim case and quick reference slip in the case cover (has only 1 side) and fit nicely in the backpack pocket. For those a new/old in stock required a new battery and take a single LR44 (or No. 357) button cell battery for memory saved. Otherwise, it been an extended periods of time shelf life had become weakened battery inside, I recommended replace a new battery before start using a calculator. Also, result causes a clearing out content when blocking or very low light conditions due to the battery weakens. A user manual always must have because of appendix for reference keys and feature functions. Be sure save the instructions for future reference. It does have some engineering mode (very limited), and fractions. Very solid contrast display (new battery installed) and single line read-out. Battery life is 3 to 5 years depending on usages, if memories saved which reduced to few months. Mid-range level. Model circa 1994.
