TLDR Buy cheap; Tweak settings; Plays any game out there
Everyone should know the deal with these cards by now. Rebadged 7970 (a high end card in 2012) The card itself has a high tdp, but for $50 USD i'm not complaining. Have it clocked at 1140 on the core and 1650 on the memory. AC Odyssey runs great locked to 30 fps with no dips on mostly high/very high settings. What the card lacks is VRAM to turn up those environment details. 3GB is going to limit you in modern games, but this card can pretty much run any game out there well at 1080p.

Seasonic is a quality PSU manufacturer.
Was just missing a few accessories, but for the price I paid it's great.
