'Solid' as in strong, but tricky to assemble. Make sure you have a drill!
Most of the visible panels are 'one piece' of oak, but some are bonded chunks. Not quite a solid oak unit in my book but quite nice for the money. It would have taken a good chunk of a day to put together without any power tools too I reckon!
Good value if you don't mind self assembly, quick delivery.

Kinda works, but nothing like the expensive original. Better than nothing but not as good as the best.

I love this stove!
