Liquid Ultra
I had delided my 4790k and overclocked it to 4.6 @1.3volts. Temperatures were hitting the 80's with IC Diamond. After applying Liquid Ultra, my temperatures dropped from the low 80's to high 50's. Do not waste your money on anything else. Use this directly on the die and IHS. Between your IHS and cooler, use whatever else you like. I used it on my XFX R9 390 as well, and it dropped my temps from the low 80's to low 70's at load with stock cooler. Again, great stuff if not the best!
