My guess is that the shipping company was not careful enough with the package. The seller was quick to responding to this issue, and trying to do what he could to make up for it. We came to an agreement to a small refund to get the joystick fixed. The seller didn’t need to, but he went out of his way to make it better for me. I appreciated this seller’s service, and would recommend him!
