  I received the item just as described. It is adorable!! It was wrapped in a couple of layers of attractive packaging with a personal touch. My daughter loved the taffy. We feel so blessed to have been able to purchase this item. It feels like one of a kind. The shipping did seem to take a long time but anything through the postal service is at this point.
