Inaccurate Specifications
Very disappointed. I bought this chair specifically do the fact that the seat would adjust at the lowest height to 16.3 inches. Reality is.. more like 20".
It can only be assembled one way so it wasn't assembled wrong but the SPECS are NOT accurate.
I've ordered a new cylinder with less travel so thinking I was going to save from the recommended sale price of 239.99... looks like I'll end up paying the full price after all.
