After 10 days of no notifications I messaged seller who didn't message back but, I did get a notification that item was dispatched. After a couple more weeks of not receiving the item I message the seller again asking for an update, again no reply. Without explanation I then got a refund to my paypal. I'm grateful for the refund, which is why I marked the feedback as neutral and I appreciate things can go wrong, but would appreciate better communication.
