Gets used every day.
Durable and useful. Except for the pill splitter on the top, that isn't perfect. But the grinder works perfectly.

As expected
I was warned this was difficult to set up so I was prepared. This is not a product for anyone lacking in IT skills - I'm no IT whiz but I can find my way around a computer, but there is no way I'd gift this to my parents, for example. There are lots of work-arounds that you need to become familiar with to get the best out of the product. The members of my household who are not comfortable with doing any kind of IT work quickly become frustrated with it, I am the only one who is happy to use it.
