Sounded great until it broke my cassette player
Sounded great until the unit broke my in dash cassette player. It started making a rattling sound, then it stopped playing in forward mode. Now my car tape deck will only play in reverse. So paid $5 to break my tape deck. Absolute garbage, do not buy.

You'll pay twice
Shape and size are similar to the genuine Olympus LH-48B, however, no amount of screw tightening was able to get the item to stay securely on the lens (there was always a little looseness), and eventually after about 2 montjhs, the screw thread broke and it became impossible to tighten the hood onto the lens anymore.
Replaced with the genuine Olympus hood and the difference is night and day. Skip this hood, get the genuine item.
