Time to Play B-sides
Not only does this CD contain the amazing "Chronic Town" EP which introduced the world to R.E.M., it also contains b-sides to singles that were not before available on an album, many of which are cover songs. As a whole, the collection is fun to listen to. It has a loose, friendly, back porch vibe.

Strange Offbeat Album Sounds Great
This disc has 15 great songs, the last ones the band recorded with bassist Dave Blood. As others have said, it is not their strongest of albums, but it does have some offbeat humor and it is fun to hear. The sound quality is great.

Simple and functional
