NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED
Firstly and most importantly this is not a commentary but is complementary to a good study bible or commentary. It is designed for a deeper understanding and revelation of God's word in all facets and therefore will require considerable quality time and concentrated effort to achieve purpose. It contains a momentous amount of content and must be applauded as a valuable asset to serious study.
The comment of it's OK is given because there is no, "As expected", in the rated column and I could not tick better because I had searched reviews.
I would say in conclusion that I am pleased with this purchase but would only recommend it for the serious and in-depth study of GOD

Highly recommend
The title is for students but I highly recommend this to all Christians. I have the ESV Study Bible of 2,750 pages + but I find this just as good if not better in many ways.

Not the best by far
Get rid of the apocrypha and give more real exegesis to the important verses in the word such as Genesis 3:20, 4:5, Romans and Ephesians eg.
