can work
I bought a set. All can work. But, be careful to unpack it. I wrongly touch something and the Magenta cartridge has leaking and leave strip lines. Other cartridges work perfectly. As it was my fault, I did not claim return.
Yes, I recommend it to other buyers.

Very bright
It can use AA, AAA and 18560 batteries. I do not need to worry that I bought too much AA batteries from Costco.
The light is bright enough to find objects about 80 meters away. Actually, the weak stage is also too bright being used in camp site.
Rubber cover of the battery box may not offer 100% water proof as the USB connection cap cannot stay tight. But, it is what I paid.
Will take it in my trip to national park in Argentina.

Great quality with a wonderful price
Received on Nov 30, 2016 and tested connection immediately because I will use it in Argentina this Dec. Last time, same adapter costed me 4 pounds in London UK. Unfortunately, I lost it in the hotel.
I am living in Canada and do not need it in US, Canada or Mexico. But, the unit can work perfectly when I need plug to power source in Europe or South American. Cheers and will strongly recommend to friends.
