It fit but not great. Oil pan bolts were...
It fit but not great. Oil pan bolts were too long and I had to get lock washers for them. The windage tray had a lot of play. Finally the oil pickup tube had to be bent to get it to mount to the motor.

It kinda works
Worked great for about a month then quit. Had to go just get a scrapyard replacement that has held up 6x longer now
