Good piece for lead in big bands and jazz.

This was the standard mouthpiece for jazz and studio musicians in the 50's and 60's Still works well for pro lead trombone players. It is not solely a beginner's mouthpiece as stated by many high school music teachers today. You have to know how to play it. .

Wonderful music from yesteryear.

Si Zentner was a phenomenal trombonist and musician. This CD contains two recording sessions from the 60's. His band was very popular at that time. His beautiful trombone playing backed by a fantastic big band was something you don't hear at all in today's music. I really miss the swinging big band sound of years gone by. Highly recommend!

Good stuff.

I have used it for years It is no longer available in Canada and hasn't been for a long time. It costs an arm and a leg to order stateside but to me it's worth it.
