Highly recommend this book from a man with years of optometry, who used the tools to fix his own vision

Amazing insights into how we never learned to USE our eyes in an easy way. Gives you the tools, as simple as INHALE and EXHALE to obtain immediate relaxation of the eye area. When we relax, and stop trying to see, seeing happens much easier. I have taught tools to improve vision, including palming, but this wonderful book adds whole other aspect to it, how to see without trying to see, without focusing on seeing. I am half way into the book, and enjoy much relaxation around my eyes. Today wearing Covid mask into a store, I noticed how that makes me tense, and I cannot see well.. So no problem, I pulled my reading glasses, and did shopping easily. As soon as outside mask came off, so my improved vision returned.
