A Must Read!
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich Recently I've been on a diet and I have already read "Dieting For Dummies" which really helped me out by puting me on the right path. However the book was for weight loss in general which was good...trust me. But "The Abs Diet" in my opinion focused losing weight well...in the abdominal region...lol. What I LOVED about it was the fact that they told you the FOODS YOU SHOULD EAT. Usually other diet books focused on the food you shouldn't eat and at times when going out you find yourself asking " Is this the type of food that I should avoid?" But with the ABS diet you'll never have trouble picking out the right foods because they TELL YOU WHAT TO EAT! Trust me they put a wide variety of foods on their list so need to worry that you'll be eating oatmeal 7x a week. Near the end of the book is when they start talking about exercise and what's the most effective for revealing those ABS. Eating the right foods and along with exercise you'll begin to see the results within 6 weeks. Now another GREAT thing about this diet was they give you a "CHEAT MEAL". It is when for ONE MEAL and ONLY ONE MEAL a week YOU CAN EAT ANYTHING YOU WANT! Burgers, Pizza, BBQ Chicken, and etc. There was nothing that I disliked about this book except maybe that it didn't have pictures....lol...I'm just kidding. Its a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BOOK especially if you have read other diet books before you will find that this book is quite special and different from your other typical diet books. Old School Never Felt So New
Ah, Welcome to the world of Pokemon....Fire Red. What is there to say, but if you enjoyed Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow of old, then this definitely won't dissappoint. This brings back the original (151) pokemon and more. This game is Perfect for those wanting to get back into Pokemon, but aren't really interested in the new ones. It will bring back memories, and soon you'll find yourself wasting hours and hours on it just like the good old days...lol. As I have stated there are some new things to it like the graphics obviously, a few of the newer pokemon, 7 new islands,new attacks are some of the things that come to mind. This game is also great for those trying to complete the tedious task of catching all the pokemon, which makes this game a must. There is not really much to say. I mean if you played the previous pokemon games you pretty much know what to expect, except for a few details here and there it is pretty much the same old thing with some added flare.

Great Case!
I have bought 4 of these total. I play Magic The Gathering - specifically a format called commander where decks are 100 cards. So I have 100 cards , all sleeved, along with token cards as well. They fit all of that , securely. Opening the case is different compared to most deck boxes , but not difficult. I trust this and future decks with Boulder!
