VERSA GRIPPS® PRO Authentic MADE IN THE USA grips weightlifting straps gloves

Great for deadlifts & dumbbells; but not so much for hanging movements. Also a little tight, so maybe size up.

First off, the Versa Gripps are amazing for deadlifting and for heavy dumbbells! Definitely worth the investment for pull days, especially when you're overworking your grip strength. I really get to focus on utilizing my back rather than my forearm. However, I originally decided to purchase these grips for hanging movements such as pull ups and leg lifts, and I found them to work just as good as chalk. I guess I was expecting them to make hanging a lot more easier, but for me, it keeps my hands on the bar in the same way chalk does; my hanging endurance didn't increase so much, and it still hurts the callous on my hands. I also followed the sizing measurements and was just under a size small, between 5 inches & 6, so I bought an extra small, but it ends up hurting and pulling at my wrists and I always end up with some pain and red marks around my wrists.. They ended up fitting a little tight, but overall they're okay.
