  Item was broken on arrival. It wasn't very securely wrapped in the box, but the box wasn't damaged. When contacted, the seller took several days to respond and said he would take it back but wouldn't refund shipping. So it wasn't worth paying the shipping cost back, essentially me paying $17 shipping on a broken $25 bobblehead. It's for my grandson and now I'll have to try and glue it back together.

  Was charged for an item an then it was never sent. Tried contacting the seller, but there was no response. Eventually EBay had to just give me a refund.
