Disappointing but may be better if I can get them working
It is very difficult to get the items to synchronize and the instructions are very poor. I assume that as they are very popular they are effective if you can get them working. I have contacted the support but the reply was also difficult to understand. I am currently not using them but when the mood takes me I may have another try.

A reliable product for protecting your PC
A great product which I have been using for many years.
It is easy to install. and generally runs on its own.
I also use other products from AVG and have found them very reliable and helpful when needed.

Be sure that the size suits your needs.
This seems nicely made and of good quality it does have a drawback in that a flat A4 size envelope would not fit through the slot which is why I returned it. otherwise I would have retained it.
