  Tracking numbers are free at of the US post office locations I know this because I ship things all the time this is a sign of incompetence

  We are truly sorry that you were disappointed, but stating that we are incompetent is uncalled for. We stated in the listing that it would be shipped free via first class mail. We did not indicate that a tracking number would be provided, nor did you reach out requesting one, if you had then we would have gladly completed that extra step for you.
