Purchased coat off seller came the parcel was open on one end still neatly packed when pulled it out big long yellow thick yellow mark along back coller small tiny couple marks on front and cuffs I told seller said wasn't like that when seen pictures I sent but he never showed back picture for big mark in is ad I asked him for 10 pound for dry cleaning try get it out refused said send back IL give you full refund or we can go frew insurance with parcel company nothing to do with them
