As expected
New ring makes closing the pressure cooker lid a little difficult. My experience has been that as the ring ages it will shrink and closing the pressure cooker lid will become easier to the point where the cooker is no longer steam tight when in use, at which point I will need to buy another new ring.

Classsic Mixing Bowl
Just the right size for cooking for 2 people. My mother and grandmothers had larger ones.
Like the shape and the fact that it is ceramic not plastic or glass.
