Worthwhile read!!!
A friend of my children suggested that they read Caddie Woodlawn because he was reading it as Literature for a school assignment, and was enjoying it so much, he thought they'd like it. He also thought that Caddie reminded him of my girls. So, we ordered the book. My 2 girls (ages 9 and 12) can't put it down. They love it! Great story with real-life experiences from the time period. Almost a biography. Written about a time in America's past when kids actually played outside and enjoyed REAL things and true-life experiences.

Fabulous set.
My 7-yr-old LOVES this set. We gave it to him for his birthday, and he has played with it every day since. Lots of detail, but just the right level of difficulty for him to put together himself. VERY PLEASED!
