Elton's overlooked Classic Album
Elton John must be considered one of the best pop stars of the last 30 years. This largely ignored album comprises a number of great tracks first and foremost, in my view, "Little Jeannie". This is a song in similar vein to some of his other great ballads like "your Song" and "Daniel" but which never got the airplay - perhaps because it's so long!
I first heard it in New York when I visied that city in the summer of 1980 and therefore brings back special memories for me
If you like Elton John you will find this album a very much overlooked treat
